Hyderabad: The city will have generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers. The maximum temperature will fall to 31ºC on Sunday, when thousands of runners take part in the Hyderabad Marathon.
Hyderabad recorded 34.8ºC on Saturday, 4ºC above normal. Districts like Nizamabad, Khammam and Karimnagar received moderate rainfall.
There is a possibility of rain since an upper air cyclonic circulation is still persisting, weather officials said. A low pressure area over west central Bay of Bengal off the north Andhra Pradesh coast was also persisting.
An upper air cyclonic circulation lay over Vidarbha and south Chhattisgarh, weather officials said.
The forecast for the state was light to moderate rain or thundershowers likely to occur at many places over the state, and heavy rain at isolated places in Adilabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Nizambad and Warangal districts.
