Upgraded to greater warangal municipal corporation

Modernisation in kakatiya kingdom boosted rapidly since mid 2011. Warangal in these days gaining the cosmopolitan culture which kept the city fourth place in andhra pradesh, after hyderabad, visakhapatnam and vijayawada in development. Number of malls, multiplex, shopping complexes, national and international showroom outlets were opened in the city which resulted in the sudden growth of metro culture. As now the corporation is being upgraded to greater warangal municipal corporation, KUDA (Kakatiya Urban Development of Authority) focused mainly on growth of infrastructure. Widening of roads, junctions and modification of drainage system is on progress.
