The State government has sanctioned and released Rs 600.21 lakh under special development fund (SDF) scheme towards various development works in Warangal Assembly segment, MLA D Vinay Bhaskar said.
A total of 74 development works would be taken up with these funds in the constituency.
Thanking the Chief Minister, he said focus would be on improving roads and other infrastructure.
Special vending zones
Special vending zones constructed by Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) would benefit about 1,000 street vendors.
Referring to progress of works related to Kaloji Kala Kshetram the MLA said the tender process was over.
The works would soon be started on 3.5 acres of land at an estimated cost of Rs 20 crore.
A total of 74 development works would be taken up with these funds in the Warangal constituency.
